"In November, 2025 I purchased land in Luther, OK with the intention of building a custom home. If you are like me you have probably heard horror stories about building a home. I interviewed two different builders that, quite frankly, like to hear themselves talk. I then remembered meeting Bill Curtsinger in Arcadia when my daughter was looking at homes.
